Genome Services - Bioinformatics Genomics
Study changes in the gene expression levels due to non-genetic sequence changes using high-throughput sequencing technology, including DNA methylation, histone modification. Through bioinformatics-related analysis, fully exploit the genetic variation at DNA or histone levels, screen disease candidate genes, and analyze the genetic mechanism of disease. Mainly includes: whole genome bisulfite sequencing (WGBS), reduced representation bisulfite sequencing (RRBS), MeDIP-seq, ChIP-seq.

Tissue samples

1) Fresh tissue preserved at -70 under frozen state

2) The total amount of 20-30mg in the best.

WGBS / RRBS / MeDIP-seq sequencing DNA samples

1) Type: DNA samples without degradation or RNA contamination.

2) Demand: ≥5 μg.

3) Concentration: ≥50 ng / μl.

4) Purity: OD260 / 280 = 1.8-2.0.

ChIP-seq sequencing DNA samples

1) Type: ChIP-seq enriched DNA samples(customer finished).

2) Demand: ≥20 ng.

3) Concentration: ≥1 ng / μl.

4) Sample volume: ≥ 10 μl.

5) Purity: OD260 / 280 = 1.8 to 2.0.

6) DNA fragment size: 100 ~ 500 bp range, with obvious main band.

7) Provide sample information and ChIP-qPCR validation results.
