Tissue samples

1) Fresh tissue preserved at -70 under frozen state.

2) The total amount of 20-30mg in the best.


Whole transcriptome RNA or lncRNA sequencing sample

1) Type: complete total RNA after deproteinization and DNase treatment.

2) Demand: human, rat, mouse sample Total RNA ≥ 2 μg; DSN whole Transcriptome Construction Total RNA ≥ 2 ug.

3) Concentration: library constructed by rRNA removal method ≥ 200 ng / μl; DSN whole transcriptome library ≥ 400 ng / ul.

4) Purity: OD260 / 280 = 1.8-2.2, OD260 / 230 = 1.8-2.2, 28S: 18S ≥1.5, RIN≥8.0


Small RNA Sequencing Samples

1) Type: complete total RNA after deproteinization and DNase treatment.

2) Demand: ≥ 10 μg.

3) Concentration: ≥200 ng / μl.

4) Purity: OD260 / 280 = 1.8-2.2, OD260 / 230 = 1.8-2.2, 28S: 18S ≥1.5, RIN≥8.0
