肿瘤组学全景研究

利用高通量测序，我们可以从全基因组、外显子组、转录组、非编码 RNA 等多组学、多角度对肿瘤的特征进行研究，揭示肿瘤发生中其重要作用的基因和通路，为从各组学深入研究肿瘤和寻找肿瘤 marker 提供基础信息和方向。
